Husband Material

     Starfleet Station Memory Gamma. Spock is working; Kirk is 
watching Spock.

     /His torso is as flat as a nellie-fag's./ Spock, of course, had 
about as much in common with club-kittens-he-had-known as an Andorian 
would have with an Andorran.

     Spock saw him smiling. "Captain?"

     "Getting anywhere, Mister Spock?"

     "I believe I have located the source of our problem. The--"

     "Can you fix it?"

     "Yes. It's actually rather simple." Spock beckoned for Kirk to 
look at the display. "As you can see, it is transmitting the output 
we requested . . ."

     James T. Kirk was done with club kittens.
